"Little Cloud" & "Papa, please get the moon for me"

Our first Eric Carle Story was "Little Cloud".

The children could relate that directly with the persistent cloudy weather we've had some weeks ago. We explored the science behind clouds, got imaginative creating cloud crafts, and moved like clouds do during our P.E (motricité ) sessions.

We also read "Papa,please get the moon for me"

We talked about the night and what we can see in the sky. We learnt shapes like circle/semi-circle/crecent and comparing sizes.
Everyone did a great job painting their own night-time sky picture, and M.S children made long ladders up to the moon. We played "legs ladder" game during P.E (motricité ) sessions.
